The University operates a Career Center staffed by a professional career counselor. Career counseling, resume preparation, job search, interview skills development, and graduate school planning are some of the services available to individual students. Workshops on these and other topics will be provided throughout the academic year as well. Full-time jobs, part-time jobs, and internship opportunities are posted on our electronic job board on Sharepoint Job Network.
Additional services include career assessment of the individual's interests, skills, values and personality through a series of career instruments. The career counselor will help the student identify potential career options, develop job search strategies and assist with the preparation of their resume.
Alumni have access to the AJU Career Center within the first year after they graduate. Alumni can receive help establishing short and long term plans related to their goals.
Services do not include job placement. However, the counselor can offer many resources and suggestions for full and part-time employment.
