Kashrut at the Brandeis-Bardin Campus of AJU is under the strict Rabbinical supervision of Kosher LA.

All meats are Glatt Kosher and all cooking is Bishul Yisrael. There is a Masgiach Temidi on premises. 

Kosher LA is a nationally recognized kosher certifying agency since 1994, based in Los Angeles, California and rooted in generations of upstanding, knowledgeable and caring Orthodox rabbis. Kosher LA strives to provide kosher supervision in a manner that serves both the vendor and the consumer with "Derech Eretz" and mutual respect, while also maintaining the integrity of Halacha/Jewish law and the Kashrut standards of Orthodox Judaism.

The Conference Center offers groups from 25 to 250 people contemporary, well-equipped meeting facilities. There is an adult village with motel style rooms and a youth campus with cabins. Each village has its own separate dining room and meeting facilities.

From one-day meetings to overnight conferences and multi-day events, The Conference Center hosts a variety of , Non-profit Organizations and Schools. The Center is a perfect location for School Field Trips, Faculty Briefings, Educational Programs and more.

We offer a wide variety of recreational activities and we provide specialized programming for outdoor experiences, team building and leadership development, and spiritual retreats. Our goal is to seamlessly blend your guests and your goals with our dedicated staff and our specialized programming. We take care of the details of your program so you can focus on meeting your conference objectives.

At the Brandeis-Bardin Campus of American Jewish University, we offer a wide range of programs to fit the needs of your group. We will work with you to create a schedule appropriate to your educational goals. Our programs have been designed to promote social interaction between the group participants and to supplement the education that they receive at school in the environment, science, social studies and the arts. Language Arts activities can accompany any of these activities through the use of journaling and storytelling. All activities are developed with California state educational standards in mind.

Our specialized programming draws on the resources of AJU Brandeis-Bardin Campus , which has spent over 60 years crafting curricula for informal educational classes, events and retreats. With this expertise we can support the development of a customized agenda for your group.

Groups are welcome to enjoy the following activities: 

• Recreation, including tennis, swimming, and basketball 
• Horseback riding on our 3,000 acre property on trails 
• Hiking trails offering easy to challenging experiences 
• Camping in secluded, wooded outdoor areas 
• Adventure course, including three ropes course. 
• Arts and music, taught by experienced dance instructors.
• Archery, shelter-building, outdoor cooking, tomahawk throwing, and more!

In addition to recreation and the arts, we offer specialized programming, which includes outdoor environmental education led by a prominent outdoor experiential educator, team building and leadership development on our challenging adventure course, and spiritual retreats with yoga or meditation, and academic classes and workshops.  

The Adult Conference Center

The Adult Conference Center provides a variety of meeting rooms, including:

• The Molle Library that can accommodate up to 100 people
• The Wapner room which has a small stage and fireplace for up to 250 people
• Large dining hall that can seat up to 220
• Small dining hall that seats up to 40
• Break-out rooms for 12-50 people each
• Outside patios and terraces
• Wifi available throughout the conference center
• Self Parking is available

Alonim Dining Hall

• Large indoor dining hall with space for up to 500
• Outdoor space for up to 280 guests on the dance pavilion

Children’s Center

• Dining Hall -- Space for up to 500
• Needleman – 3 Meeting spaces for 25-300, plus a large Art Room
• Rifkind – Large meeting room for 25-350

Media support staff provide quality audio visual equipment and services to ensure the efficient delivery of your conference message. For advanced sound systems or staging, we are happy to rent the necessary selected equipment.

• Glaser Plaza can be used for outdoor ceremony space and can accommodate up to 250 guests.  Indoors eating for 150 and outdoor seating for 300 is available as well.

Camp Area

• Pritzker Dining Hall - seats up to 500 (with a smaller dining room attached)
• Alonim Dance Pavilion - for use as an outdoor space, or for meetings of up to 300
• Needleman Building - three large meeting rooms, one large art room
• Alonim Rec Hall - rustic building, seats 200
• Many outdoor areas, including three large fields - Terry Field, the Old Sports Field, and Gan Field
• Large Olympic-size pool available for use (with a lifeguard)

House of the Book

• Two outdoor locations with seating up to 250 are available. 
• Indoor seating can accommodate up to 500 people and include a dance floor. 

All of our facility rental pricing includes white wood folding chairs, round tables that seat 8-12 guests, table linens and napkins for up to 200 guests. For all areas, self parking is available for groups of less than 150.  Larger groups may require valet parking.
